We don’t just teach, we experience, reflect, and grow. Our unique approach blends MBCT mindfulness, nature-driven action, and creative awareness campaigns to spark change, both within and beyond.
Participants live the rhythm of experiential learning. Tasks range from upcycling to permaculture, from clean-ups to storytelling. Each moment offers a chance to lead, reflect, and grow – not in a classroom, but in the heart of the land. These aren’t lessons; they’re transformations.
Focus on reconnecting mind and environment. Morning sessions of mindfulness (MBCT) set the tone, while days are filled with real work – planting, restoring, building, and rewilding. This isn’t just for nature; it’s for your mind. Resilience isn’t taught; it’s built
Built on solidarity – with the earth, with each other, and with those still finding their path. You can be part of this by sharing knowledge, volunteering, or supporting us in our mission. Together, we create a future rooted in connection, action, and hope.
Spending time in green environments reduces stress and supports mental well-being.
Supports physical health, reduces chronic disease risk, and contributes to sustainable living.
Combines cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness to reduce depression and anxiety, and prevent relapse.
Linked to improved resilience, mental health, and overall well-being.
When you’re surrounded by nature, supported by a conscious community, and engaged in meaningful action, you rediscover your true rhythm. This is how resilience is built – not through instruction, but through experience.
Our learning path is guided by the seven universal stepsand the four key pillarsthat shape Eco Resilience. These steps – Discovery, Wonder, Connection, Creation, Direction, Action, and Integration – unfold naturally in a setting where awareness, experiential learning, human-nature connection, and inclusivity are our foundation.
Here, Resources & Learning means living the journey, reflecting on your experiences, and finding your own way forward. We don’t offer a fixed list of downloads or lessons. Instead, we offer a living space where you can discover your own insights, surrounded by a community that supports you, and a natural environment that challenges and inspires you every day.
If you have any questions we're always ready to help!
